
Rock legend and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has officially across the globe are already bracing themselves for an electrifying musical journey. Titled “Thunder on Tour,” theexplosive concert series promises to be Grohl’s most ambitious live project yet
spanning six continents, dozens of countries, and an unrelenting wave of raw rock energy.

Known for his high-octane performances, Grohl will be bringing not just the Foo Fighters, but a surprise roster of guest musicians, rare acoustic sets, and a deeply personal musical narrative that traces his evolution from Nirvana drummer to global rock icon. The “Thunder on Tour” kickoff show is scheduled for March 8, 2025, in São Paulo, Brazil, before making its way across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and even a first-ever performance in Cape Town, South Africa. Grohl also hinted at a few surprise “secret venue” shows in unexpected cities—further fueling the excitement.
Each concert will reportedly be a fully immersive experience, with cinematic visuals, behind-the-scenes footage, and stories woven into the performance. Fans can expect everything from stripped-down storytelling moments to the thunderous, anthemic sound Grohl is famous for.
